Reinstatement by Examination

This comprehensive course is designed and approved for those who need to retake the ARRT exam to reinstate their credential due to:

• Non-Completion of CE Activities: If you fail to complete and report your required Continuing Education (CE) activities within the six-month probation period.
• Sanction-Related Suspension or Revocation: If your credentials were suspended or revoked due to a sanction. In this scenario, you must first request the removal of the sanction. Once the removal is approved, you may then apply for reinstatement of your credentials by examination.

If a student misses a course, they have up to 1 year to take a future course equal value or more. If a student wishes to get a refund instead, there will be a $40 processing fee. The student must notify us in writing 10 days before the class start. After the 10 days, the student can take a future class up to a year from the notification. For refunds, please allow 30 days from the date of the request. No refund once the course starts. The Thomas Institute of Health Professions reserve the right to cancel any class due to low participation. Travel and lodging cost is the responsibility of the student. We recommend students use refundable lodging and travel.
