This course will provide you with approved structured education, continuing education, and continuous quality review credits. 

Structured Education (SE)

Candidates for post-primary certification and registration must meet a minimum of 16 hours of structured education. You must complete your structured requirements within 24 months and prior to submitting your post primary application.

**Good News** The structured education earned can also be applied towards your biennial CE requirements.

Continuing Education (CE)

To maintain your certification and registration with the ARRT, radiologic technologists must report at least 24 approved CE Credits during their biennium.

Continuous Quality Review (CQR)

Radiologic Technologists will have to complete CQR once every 10 years for each ARRT credential you’ve earned since 2011. If you’re a Registered Radiologist Assistant, you will have to fulfill CQR for that discipline as well, regardless of when you earned it. See Credits Tab for credit distribution.

If a student misses a course, they have up to 1 year to take a future course equal value or more. If a student wishes to get a refund instead, there will be a $40 processing fee. The student must notify us in writing 10 days before the class start. After the 10 days, the student can take a future class up to a year from the notification. For refunds, please allow 30 days from the date of the request. No refund once the course starts. The Thomas Institute of Health Professions reserve the right to cancel any class due to low participation. Travel and lodging cost is the responsibility of the student. We recommend students use refundable lodging and travel.
